Continous process improvement is underscored in change management theory providing innovative solutions that are co-created by all stakeholders involved. Adhearace to reporting requirements in compliance with NIA/NIH policy is also managed by this core.

In addition, in order to fulfill the ADRC's commitment to its research mission, the Administrative Core collaborates with the clinical, data, neuropathological, and biomarker cores to manage the timely disbursement of data and biospecimens to investigators worldwide. The Administrative Core fosters education and training of students, post-doctoral fellows, residents, investigators, and physicians.
