NeuroLinks Committee
The NeuroLinks Committee develops and oversees the policies, programs, and initiatives that advance our mission of improving neurological health, locally, nationally, and globally. The Committee works to integrate principles that support a welcoming, respectful, and accessible environment across all areas of departmental activity, including patient care; education and training; clinical, basic, and translational research; workforce recruitment and retention; community and global outreach; and healthcare administration.
The overall goal is to continuously strengthen and assess department-wide practices that promote patient-centered care, reduce barriers to access, and support fair, respectful, and effective practices across our clinical, educational, and research settings. Areas of focus include communication and belonging, professional development and conduct, training and workforce development. These efforts are evaluated annually, both internally and through the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
