Columbia University Senescence Tissue Mapping (CUSTMAP) Center

The Columbia University Senescence Tissue Mapping (CUSTMAP) Center collaborates with institutions across New York City and beyond to create three-dimensional maps of senescent cells in tissues vulnerable to age-related degeneration. Working under the umbrella of the Cellular Senescence Network (SenNet) Program, CUSTMAP uses state-of-the-art spatial genomic technologies to achieve unprecedented genome-wide molecular characterization at single-cell resolution.
