
Overview
Nicole Ross is a licensed clinical social worker and board-certified oncology social worker in the Rhodes Center for Glioblastoma at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. After graduating summa cum laude from Sierra Nevada College with a BA in English and Psychology, she joined the Peace Corps. Upon return to the US, she received her graduate degree in 2022 from Columbia University in Advanced Clinical Social Work Practice. She completed her advanced-year internship in Radiation Oncology and Breast Surgery at Mount Sinai West before transitioning to her full-time role at Columbia.
In addition to care coordination services, she offers supportive counseling to Neuro-Oncology patients, caregivers, and couples. Finally, she supervises MSW candidates in the Neuro-Oncology Social Work Intern training program.
