Christopher James Elder, MD
Overview
Christopher Elder, MD is an assistant professor of neurology at CUMC, in the Division of Epilepsy and Sleep. Dr. Elder completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware then attained his MD from Drexel University College of Medicine. He completed his intern year at Georgetown University Hospital followed by residency at NYU Langone Medical Center, where he was a chief resident. Dr. Elder completed fellowship in Neurophysiology/Epilepsy at UCLA Seizure Disorder Center. Dr. Elder has training in the diagnosis and management of diverse neurological illnesses, specializing in seizure disorders and epilepsy. He sees patients at the Neurological Institute of New York and ColumbiaDoctors Midtown locations.
